Iron Advantage is now hiring an Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative in East Earl, Pennsylvania. 

A growing agricultural equipment dealership is seeking an Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative to build strong customer relationships and help farmers find practical equipment solutions that support productivity, reliability, and long-term success.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands relationship-based selling, communicates well with agricultural customers, and wants meaningful responsibility in a small, team-oriented dealership.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with farmers, agricultural businesses, and equipment customers.
  • Sell new and used equipment, rental solutions, and related support services.
  • Visit customers on-site to understand their operations and recommend practical solutions.
  • Follow up consistently after quotes, sales, deliveries, and service interactions.
  • Support trade evaluations, equipment sourcing, and delivery coordination.
  • Identify opportunities for service work, maintenance, and parts support.
  • Participate in local events, demos, open houses, and farm shows.

What We Are Looking For

  • Sales experience with a track record of responsiveness, follow-up, and customer trust. Prefer ag sales experience and/ or farming knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with agricultural customers and small farm owners, including those from plain anabaptist communities.
  • Self-motivation, accountability, integrity and comfort working independently.
  • Someone who values relationship building for the long term.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Approximate total earnings potential of $100,000 to $125,000, depending on performance.
  • Base salary plus commission.
  • Monday through Friday schedule, generally 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with seasonal variation.
  • Paid holidays, paid time off, and paid volunteer time for qualifying disaster relief.
