Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy aligned with our mission, vision, and strategic plan. - Brand Stewardship:
Serve as the primary guardian of Asbury’s brand identity, ensuring consistency and impact across all platforms. - Storytelling and Media Relations:
Craft compelling narratives, foster strong media relationships, and lead crisis communication efforts. - Internal Engagement:
Foster a culture of transparency and connection through robust internal communications. - Digital & Multimedia Oversight:
Guide our digital presence, leveraging analytics to inform decisions and engage audiences. - Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and inspire a creative team, fostering collaboration and professional growth. - Budget & Project Management:
Oversee project workflows, manage resources, and ensure measurable outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 7–10 years in communications, PR, or marketing, with at least 3–5 years in leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Skills: Ability to work in a matrix environment and cross-functionally.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, strategic thinking, digital savvy, and proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Expertise in public relations, media relations, and crisis communications.
- Proficiency in project management software and CRM.
