What does it really look like to build an organization where your faith is reflected in how you lead, hire, develop, engage, and care for your people?

The Faith Driven HR Cohort is a monthly online gathering created for Christian business owners, ministry leaders, pastors, HR professionals, and organizational leaders who want to intentionally build workplaces that honor God while applying sound HR practices.

Hosted by Mark A. Griffin, Founder and President of IHN HR and author of Faith Driven HR, each monthly session will focus on a practical topic from the Faith Driven HR book and companion guides.

What We’ll Cover

Throughout the cohort, we will explore practical areas of Faith Driven HR, including:

• Building a strong Faith Driven HR foundation
• Hiring and selecting the right people
• Employee engagement and workplace culture
• Leadership and supervisor development
• Performance management and accountability
• Compensation and employee benefits
• Policies, handbooks, and HR compliance
• Employee relations and difficult workplace situations
• Developing and retaining employees
• Protecting your organization and its mission
• Integrating biblical principles into everyday HR practices

Each meeting will combine practical HR guidance, biblical principles, discussion, and an opportunity to learn from other Christian leaders. Participants will need a copy of the Faith Driven HR book and the applicable companion guide.

Simple to Join

The cohort will meet once each month by Zoom.

Simply register for the monthly session through the calendar link. Once registered, you will receive the Zoom information needed to join.

There is no long-term commitment. Join us each month as we work through the principles of building a Faith Driven HR organization.

Faith Driven HR Practitioner

The monthly cohort will also provide a pathway toward the upcoming Faith Driven HR Practitioner designation for individuals who want to deepen their understanding of Faith Driven HR and demonstrate their ability to apply these principles within an organization.

Additional details regarding the Practitioner requirements and designation will be provided separately.
