Tina Stoltzfus joined IHN HR as a Human Resources Partner in January 2026, bringing over 15 years of experience supporting business leaders as they navigate challenges and improve the quality of their operations. She is especially passionate about helping leaders clarify the core needs and purpose behind their decisions in order to identify the right path forward.
Throughout her career, Tina has served as a trusted sounding board for leaders across a wide range of environments. Her background includes work in policy and procedure development, recruitment, outplacement services, management consulting, and nonprofit development in multiple countries.
Tina’s approach is rooted in thoughtful process design, clear communication, and compassionate, human-centric management. She is passionate about helping businesses succeed with and through the people who make it happen—seeing mutual flourishing for owners, employees, and the community.
Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Messiah University and an MBA from Seattle University, along with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She brings a balanced perspective of strategy, innovation, and empathy to every partnership she serves.
